The fully automatic roller hearth furnace, operating in an HNX-controlled atmosphere, delivers bright annealed tubes with a homogeneous microstructure and consistent mechanical properties. Each tube undergoes on-line Eddy Current Testing for automatic defect detection and sorting, followed by hydraulic pressure testing to ensure leak-proof performance. Laser stenciling technology provides permanent identification for complete traceability. With advanced manufacturing and strict quality control, Tata Boiler and Air Heater Tubes guarantee durability, precision, and long service life.
